Today was day three. I had a bout of insomnia last night so I didn't get to sleep until some time after 3am. Lily gets up a lot earlier than I would like her to. Boy oh boy was I sore when I woke up this morning!!! I was definitely not looking forward to doing today's Shred. However, it's a challenge and I am pretty good at forcing myself to workout after the last year. It feels really good to be back to it.
